Jamie Pollock joins CentrePoint as Director of Investments. Jamie brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the operation, development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate assets. From value-add properties and ground-up developments to stabilized core assets, Jamie has built a reputation for delivering results across multiple asset types. Known for cultivating long-standing relationships with key decision-makers, Jamie maintains an extensive national network that includes tenants, real estate brokers, landowners, and equity partners.
Experience Highlights
Jamie began his commercial real estate career in 2002 as a portfolio manager at Buell & Company. In 2007, he joined United Properties, where he spent 18 years in a variety of roles. Over time, his leadership and expertise led him to the position of Senior Vice President, where he provided regional leadership, particularly influencing the company’s growth and strategy in the Colorado market.
