With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and property management, Francelia brings a proven track record of supporting and leading property operations for diverse portfolios. Her career has evolved from administrative support to property management leadership, giving her a unique, hands-on perspective across all levels of property services.

Experience Highlights

Francelia began her career as an office administrator in 2002 before eventually transitioning into property management. With a tenured skillset for administrative work and an incredible gift for attention to detail, she found that she thrived in the fast paced real estate environment. She rose through the ranks in third party management at Transwestern, CBRE and Newmark, before joining CentrePoint Properties in 2023. Her talents were quickly acknowledged and she was promoted to Property Manager where she now oversees the entire legacy and fund portfolio.
